My background includes 15+ years of professional experience supporting complex processes, documentation, reporting, coordination, and day-to-day business operations, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership and an MBA with a concentration in Project Management.

Most of what lands on my desk falls into one of three categories: spreadsheets and files that have quietly become chaos, one person carrying way more administrative weight than they should, or a process that’s never actually been written down anywhere except somebody’s memory.
